Custom work week and work month needed!

My company feeds our HubSpot information into a primary Project Management software. Our primary software utilizes a specific work week and business month for accounting purposes. Unfortunately, this cannot be changed.

We need to be able to change HubSpot’s workweek from Monday-Sunday to Sunday-Saturday. We also need to be able to assign a certain amount of weeks per month in a repeating 4 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks each quarter.

I understand this is not an available ‘feature’ in HubSpot and that it would need to be customized.

Looking for recommendations, directions, etc. on how to get this done!
