Custom survey in body of reply email

Hello!
Currently, we have a snippet with a link to a custom CSAT survey that we send through in a reply email when we close a ticket (prefer this over sending a separate automated email after closing a ticket).

Just wondering if there is a way to have the actual survey in the body of the email reply rather than a link to the survey?
So at the bottom of the email reply it would have the 3 faces and the user just has to click one of them for how they feel about the service rather than clicking into the link?

Thank you :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @MG15,

To achieve this, you’d have to create the survey as an automated email, not a web page. The moment you decide to make it a page and copy/paste the link to the survey, you lose the ability to show the :slightly_smiling_face:   directly in the email.

Have you considered that a custom CSAT email survey can be triggered by any contact property? If you want to trigger it selectively, simply create a custom property “Send CSAT”, place it in the left contact sidebar and make it the CSAT trigger (Recipients tab of the survey).

You might want to set up a workflow that clears the value after 1-2 minutes so it can be set again.

Best regards!
