Hello!
Currently, we have a snippet with a link to a custom CSAT survey that we send through in a reply email when we close a ticket (prefer this over sending a separate automated email after closing a ticket).
Just wondering if there is a way to have the actual survey in the body of the email reply rather than a link to the survey?
So at the bottom of the email reply it would have the 3 faces and the user just has to click one of them for how they feel about the service rather than clicking into the link?
To achieve this, you’d have to create the survey as an automated email, not a web page. The moment you decide to make it a page and copy/paste the link to the survey, you lose the ability to show the directly in the email.
Have you considered that a custom CSAT email survey can be triggered by any contact property? If you want to trigger it selectively, simply create a custom property “Send CSAT”, place it in the left contact sidebar and make it the CSAT trigger (Recipients tab of the survey).
You might want to set up a workflow that clears the value after 1-2 minutes so it can be set again.
