I work for a credit union who uses Hubspot, and because our membership is moreso based on "members/accounts"versus just contacts, I’m stumped on how to create effective reporting.
For instance, we are running a new member onboarding campaign, and I’d love to report on the success of new online banking, estatements, and debit card opens that have resulted from the email campaign. However, I’m having trouble finding the best reporting that shows this since our new online banking/estatement sign ups are tied to accounts/memberships, not so much the contact record. Any advice? Thanks in advance!
Could you provide a bit more detail where exactly in HubSpot the information you’re mentioning is documented? When you say members/accounts, are you referring to the company object? How exactly are, for example, debit card opens, documented?
Generally, this type of question would be approached with the journey analytics in HubSpot: Create a report with journey analytics – This is currently only contact and deals based.
However, email activity still happens on the contact record, regardless of whether the company object is your source of truth. If you log activity as custom events, you could visualize how much activity happened after a certain email send: How to Create Custom Events
