# Custom quote appearance/layout

Hi everyone,

So I can create new quotes with the default quote templates but its limited so as a developer btw am new to hubspot, is there way to take the default quote template and add new sections or change the layout/apperance of the existing default template. So basically I would like to customise it to my liking.

Here are a couple of resources to get you started building custom quote templates:

- Using the Design Manager (requires Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise) [Set up legacy quotes](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/deals/create-custom-quote-templates)
- Custom coded (requires Requires Sales Hub Pro or Enterprise & CMS Starter+ or Marketing Hub Pro +) [Legacy quote templates - HubSpot docs](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/building-blocks/templates/quotes)

Outside of these options, we are limited to what you have available in-app for customizing the default templates [Set up legacy quotes](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/deals/use-quotes)
