Custom properties not including in Company export

I want to export all the fields in Company, and I tick the box to include all records, however Custom Properties which I’ve created in the Company aren’t included?

I can export them individually by going into Settings - Properties - Company - selecting the individual property and doing ‘export property history’ but this is very long winded.

Is there a way to export all company properties including custom properties?

Hi @CFaulds,

This is a bit unusual – have you tried adding them as columns before exporting?

If exporting from the company index page (Menu > Contacts > Companies) doesn’t work, have you tried creating a company-based list and exporting the company list, again with the custom properties displayed as columns?
