Custom properties in use in old form

Hi there,

I want to delete some custom properties, but they seems to be linked to some old forms/sequences that I deleted, so I can’t remove these properties that keep being ‘in use’.
What can I do?

Hi @Promote,

If the asset is deleted, then the ‘Used in’ reference should also reflect this. In other words, it should not be blocking you anymore. Under ‘Used in’, the elements should be clickable and take you directly to the asset.

If that doesn’t work for you, could you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing under ‘Used in’?

So, this is what i see

and if I click on the form, I end up here

Under form there is nothing at the moment but still the properties seems to
be ‘in use’ by these forms.

After removing the fields from the forms, did you update the forms (top right corner) again?

Hi Karsten,

The problem is that I can’t access anymore to the forms. In the screenshots below the message I see when trying to delete the custom properties and the page (Ads) where I end up when clicking on the form.
