I would like to have the ability for a Custom Hubspot Object to update a Custom Salesforce Object. Today the integration can only happen from Salesforce to Hubspot.

Hi @danielle423! Custom Objects can be added to the bi-directional sync for HubSpot and Salesforce. HubSpot is able to create & update Custom Objects in Salesforce.

@LaurenRyan

Is there a different way to achieve this? Because in the integration it shows it as only from Salesforce to Hubspot.

Hey @danielle423 it looks like I misspoke! I know that I’ve set up a bi-directional sync for this in the past as I used a custom object to denote form submissions in Salesforce before that was native. Maybe the bi-directional sync has been removed from the native integration. 😕 Apologies!
