We have some custom objects and when we try to associate the custom objects to a serice ticket the “Add from existing” option is diffcult to search on and only includes the ID.
We would like to be able to cutomise the “Add from Existing TAB” when associated a cutom object to a ticket or other record to allow other poperties to be displayed and searchable.
