# Custom Email Subscription Preference Layout with individual Email Subscription Type as variable

Hello,

As the current layout of the “Email Subscription Preference” page is like below.

Email Subscription Type List

It displays all of the “Email Types” in a single checkbox list.

I’m looking to modify the layout of the page in below layout.

After reading through the Hubspot Documentations, I understand that mostly everyone is using the default @hubspot module called “email\_subscriptions.module” to list out the “Email Subscription Types” on the page with the following code

As I’m trying to either categorize each of the email types and show in grouped manner, I am trying to get each email type as variable. So, I can code it to look like my desired layout.

however, upon searching through all of the documentations and forum, I couldn’t find anything.

Is there a work-around solution to my layout. Or can anyone help me with a way to get the individual email types in variable.
