# custom deal properties

I’ve created the following deal properties

```auto
dealSyncSettings":{"properties":[
	{"propertyName":"order_total","dataType":"NUMBER","targetHubspotProperty":"amount"},
	{"propertyName":"checkout_date","dataType":"DATETIME","targetHubspotProperty":"closedate"},
	{"propertyName":"abandon_cart_date","dataType":"DATETIME","targetHubspotProperty":"abandon_cart_date"},
	{"propertyName":"customer_id","dataType":"STRING","targetHubspotProperty":"hs_assoc__contact_ids"},
	{"propertyName":"order_id","dataType":"STRING","targetHubspotProperty":"ip __ecomm_bridge__ order_number"},
	{"propertyName":"deal_product_name","dataType":"STRING","targetHubspotProperty":"deal_productname"},
	{"propertyName":"deal_imageUrl","dataType":"STRING","targetHubspotProperty":"deal_imageUrl"},
	{"propertyName":"stage","dataType":"STRING","targetHubspotProperty":"dealstage"}]},

```

I am unable to locate any of the custom properties that I created like deal\_product\_name, abandon\_cart\_date, deal\_imageUrl.

Where can I locate these properties. I created them with a POST to this endpoint [api.hubapi.com/extensions/ecomm/v1/settings](http://api.hubapi.com/extensions/ecomm/v1/settings) and verified them with a GET

Hey, @aemmi.

The [Ecommerce Bridge](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/ecommerce/upsert-settings) cannot _create_ object properties, just property mappings.

You’ll need to create these custom deal properties with the [Deal Properties API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/deals/create_deal_property) before you can sync data into them.
