Custom deal properties for seperate pipelines.

Hey,
As mentioned above I have two different pipelines.
How to customize deal information properties for each individual pipeline?
So the pipeline one (when pressing deal) will display XYZ property, and the pipeline two will display ABC properties?

This is possible but requires a Professional subscription, see here: Customize records

Based on the pipeline the deal is in, a different sidebar can be shown.

Within a Starter subscription, this cannot be achieved.

Hey I have Hubspot professional subscription, I want to customize the section shown on screenshot below, which appears when You select a deal in the pipeline,

As far as I know, that’s not possible. This is the ‘About this deal’ section which can’t be made conditional.

I’m kind of dissapointed as this option should be available. How do you customize the look for all pipelines then?

I empathize – keep in mind that I do not work for HubSpot, I help users in the community in my free time. I’m just passing on what I know.

If you feel strongly about this, you can request that the product team look into this by submitting a post to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

Until then, the best workaround is to not work with the preview sidebar so much and getting used to opening the deal record directly where sidebar sections below the About this deal section can be made conditional.

Just adding to @karstenkoehler’s points and by way of explaining, pipelines and deals are seen as different things in HubSpot. Pipeline being the sales process and deal the actual CRM object. You can customise the deal record view (the one you were referring to) based on teams, i.e. a renewal team sees different information to sales team, which can be done by creating so called sections, however the “about this deal” section is the account wide and applies for all deals and views.

Maybe this gets you a step closer to a solution. Alternatively you can also submit an idea on the ideas forum.
