How can I have a Custom Behavioural Event be a trigger for enrolment into a workflow?

I see behavioural events (Legacy) but my newly created CBE isn’t there

Hi @ahohno,

Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, this is the expected behaviour. From the documentation — [Set your workflow triggers](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/set-your-workflow-enrollment-triggers#contacts:~:text=Contacts-,Behavioral%20events,-Enroll%20contacts%20that):

- “This enrollment trigger is only available for HubSpot accounts with [legacy behavioral events](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/analyze-and-manage-your-legacy-events).”
- “ **Events created in the updated custom behavioral events tool** , such as [manually tracked behavioral events](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/analytics-tools/create-custom-behavioral-events), **will not appear in this trigger**.”

In this case, there is not a workaround. I hope this helps with your project!

Best,

Kristen
