We all do need calculations of the number of days between stages in business days, but we cannot forget the importance of the property that tracks the total accumulated time spent in a given stage, only in business hours.
I don’t understand what people use accumulated time in calendar hours for today, but in business hours it makes perfect sense for analysis. There are processes where cards move forward and backward through certain stages, and this can create confusion when calculating the time between stages, but not when calculating the total accumulated time spent in that specific stage.
Please, HubSpot. This is so basic. Enough spreadsheets.
