Cumulative Score for Companies

Hi,
I’m looking into a setup like this.
I would like a Company Score, and every time a deal is won I would like to add 20 points. If a deal is lost with the associated company, the company loses 10 points.
I can’t seem to see the logic and the trigger in the workflow.
