My favorite resource right now is HubSpot Academy, especially this Frictionless Sales certification. I think it’s excellent because it gets straight to the point: it teaches you how to remove obstacles, put the customer first, and save time to focus on what matters: selling and serving better. Best of all, it’s free, practical, and comes with an official certification.
It also helped me a lot in asking the right questions and truly listening — because when you understand what the buyer needs, everything flows naturally without forcing it.
