Hey @StefanFJ as Karsten mentioned an example will help troubleshooting this, however, I would have a hunch with what’s causing this.

When you say a “black HubSpot page” what are you seeing exactly? Is it definitely a HubSpot page?

Are you linking to a HubSpot page or an external page?

The reason I ask is beacuase CTAs use [query strings](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Query_string) to track analtyics information. However, a website needs to be configured on how to interpret query strings. Some website may be configured to read the query strings as a url piece. So if I said “[mywebsite.com](http://mywebsite.com?utm=google)” most website would be configured to ignore the ?.. section. This feeds the analytics information. However, some websites might recognise it as a piece of the url. You might have something like “[mywebsite.com](http://mywebsite.com?cartID=123)” to inform the website what the user is doing.

If it’s not a HubSpot page you’re linking to, my hunch here would be that the website is not configured to interpret analytics query strings. However, I would need an example to confirm.
