It would be helpful to have the option to select which response options trigger a follow-up question in CSAT surveys.
Sometimes, it doesn’t make sense for a customer to receive a follow-up if they select “satisfied.”
It would be great if we have more flexibility here.
I agree and that’s why they don’t make the follow up required. I think they should allow us to turn off the follow up as a whole and allow us to require the follow up on the pre-built CSAT property.
I’m using the CSAT field in multiple surveys, and I’d like to report on the property as a whole, but I need it to be required in some surveys and not for others. It’s annoying to have to make multiple CSAT properties just so I can make one required.
