We’ve recently migrated to the new native Shopify integration and now have:
- Order objects for all e-commerce transactions
- Deal objects for every sale from our brick-and-mortar stores
When we build reports in Custom Report Builder, there’s no way to join those two object types. For example, we want a single MoM product-revenue report (stacked bar or table) that shows every line item with a common SKU across both Orders and Deals—but we can only report on one object at a time.
What we need
A way to associate Deals and Orders (for example via a common transaction ID or linked object relationship) so they can be combined in the same Custom Report Builder query.
Why it matters
Without this, our revenue reports are incomplete and siloed by channel. We lose visibility on total product performance and can’t produce consolidated dashboards for executive stakeholders.
Could you please consider adding cross-object associations between Orders and Deals in Custom Report Builder?
We’d love to see this feature on your roadmap.
