## CRM Specialist (Marlow, UK) We’re on the hunt for a **CRM Specialist** to take ownership of our HubSpot platform. This isn’t just a technical role—it’s a blend of strategy and hands-on execution that directly impacts our sales, marketing, and customer success. We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for turning data into revenue. If you’re a HubSpot expert who thrives on optimising systems, ensuring data integrity, and building powerful automations, this role is for you. ### **What You’ll Do** - **Own Our HubSpot Platform:** You’ll be the go-to expert for everything HubSpot, from managing user access and system health to troubleshooting and implementing new features. - **Drive Data Integrity:** Take full responsibility for the accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency of our data. You’ll manage imports, implement deduplication strategies, and perform regular data cleaning exercises. - **Build Powerful Automations:** Design, build, and optimise workflows and sequences across the Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to streamline our operations and enhance the customer journey. - **Report & Optimise:** Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key KPIs. You’ll analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, continuously recommending improvements to drive sales effectiveness and accelerate revenue. - **Support Our Teams:** You’ll be a key resource for our internal teams, providing training, direct support, and guidance on how to use HubSpot effectively. ### **What We’re Looking For** - **Proven HubSpot Experience:** You have a deep understanding of the HubSpot platform across multiple hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations). - **Strong Analytical Skills:** You know how to build reports, analyse data, and derive actionable insights. - **Problem-Solving Skills:** You have a strong ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions. - **Excellent Communication:** You can effectively train and support users at all technical levels. - **A Continuous Learner:** You’re interested in and keep up to date with new HubSpot features and industry trends. ### **Required Knowledge & Skills** - Solid understanding of CRM principles and best practices. - Demonstrated experience in data management and creating automated workflows. - Strong project management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. ### **Qualifications** - HubSpot certifications are preferred. - A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus. - Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Specialist or in a similar role.
