Has anyone tried to import some custome data set (like product catalog) using CRM Import API and fed into the ChatSpot to drive answers regarding Products?

Thanks for the great post. While I don’t have any official documentation or examples around adding this functionality, I’d encourage you to share this as a product suggestion in the Ideas Forum. We’ll also leave this thread open in case pother community members have any suggestions or thoughts on how they have done something similar.
