CRM Cards target record type

Hi all,
I’m experiencing a strange behavior when I am creating a new CRM card in an app. I did not have this problem in creation a few months ago.

We are replatforming an app and to test it I have copied the current app in production. I am trying to add a custom “PROPERTIES SENT FROM HUBSPOT” that is available in our clients properties but its status stays at “create option: xxx”. Result is that the property is never sent in the queryStringParameters.
