I’m using PHP to create a card and its been working for a couple of years since I got this type of error last August 16,2 2022. Can anyone help me with this type of error, already tried to set header to “Content-type: application/json”

I confirm the issue. We are seeing the same behavior for our CRM cards.

The developer integration logs show that it does not concern all CRM cards requests.

The requests for Enterprise objects are working correctly.

Only requests for Contact objects throw this error.

As these requests use the same backend code, it does not seem to come from our end.

It’s been like this for almost a week now.

Update : There is no problem on the code we use. The problem is that our server is blocking the connection from hubspot server to our server because of cloudflare. We just made some configuration on our server to allow Hubspot server to connect on our server. And it finally works 🙂
I suggest that it should return the complete details of the error, not only the error code such as “Invalid Content Type”, for us to trace the error efficiently.

Since monday the signature calculation is invalid for Contact object cards whereas it is still correct for Enterprise cards.

We use the same exact code to validate both and it has not changed.

Something seems broken on Hubspot’s side.
