# CRM Card With User Interaction

Is it possible to create a CRM Card that a user can interact with which would update the underlying object?  
I have a custom property group on the ticket object that would ideally include a series of check boxes in the CRM Card.

Hi @PKolesar,

No, CRM cards do not allow for editing.

With a Sales or Service Hub Enterprise subscription, the CRM development tools and the help of a developer you can create an element in the right sidebar that behaves like this. But CRM cards are view only.
