Hi there!

I’m trying to show some data from my external application in a CRM card on contact level. HubSpot retrieves my response, but can’t parse it for some reason.

I have the following error:

 ![Screenshot 2020-05-12 at 12.10.06 PM.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/c/2/c299620ac2889f88be153753bcea16d98fd4d14f.png)

The following image is my response:

 ![Screenshot 2020-05-12 at 11.37.01 AM.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/2X/8/81c22ef49ac7f745ad06345ced897cbbf86b2d19.png)
I’ve also tried:

`"link": null,`

And:

`"link": "null",`

And even removing **link** completely.

**Does anyone know what the problem might be? If you need more information let me know!**

**NOTE:** I’m using a plugin that adds style to the JSON when viewing it, that’s why it looks like that. I’ve also ran it though [jsonlint.com](http://jsonlint.com), there should be nothing wrong with the format.

Ok so I found the solution myself

It was because my **objectId** and **link** must’ve been:

`"objectId": integer,"link": null,`
