Criteria evaluation for recurring surveys

Hi,

I am configuring an NPS survey to be sent to a custom list based on some criteria. I want the survey to sent every 3 months.

My question is - Will the survey go out every 3 months to recipients that meet the criteria today or will the survey go out every 3 months to recipients who meet the criteria on that survey date (every 3 months)?

HI @ykeswani , if it is set up as an active list, the list will constantly update to ensure the contacts on the list meet the criteria you set. So with each email/survey send, it will use the most updated list.

If you want it to include the same people every time based on the initial criteria, you would need to enroll them in a static list.
