Credit card payment fees

Adding to this pile - most clients prefer ACH, but I just sent an invoice for a smaller client that might pay on CC, and I was baffled that there wasn’t an option to add the surcharge. If they want to pay that way, I’m going to have to create an entirely new invoice, which is messy bookkeeping!
