Creation of forms in multilanguage site

Hi,

I have to use the hubspot forms inside my php file. My website is a multi language site. If I am using the embed code script, how can I manage the forms in other languages??

Do I need to create separate forms for each language, by clicking the create translation button in hubspot??

Can someone help please?

Spot on! You’d need to create the form in multiple language (Refernecing this article:Create forms in multiple languages) > Grab the embed code for each form and paste it on your page accordingly.
