Creating sequences without a trigger

Is there a way to create a sequence without an enrollment trigger? I have a one-to-one email that I want to send out via a sequence to a group of specific contacts and I am wondering if I can manually enroll these conatcts into a sequence to do so, without needing an enrollment trigger.

Hi @AStapleton5,

Sure, if you follow these steps, automatic enrollment is optional: Create and edit sequences

If you’re stuck at a point that seems to force automatic enrollment, can you please share a screenshot?

Best regards

Again, I want to manually enroll contacts - not do automatic enrollment.

@AStapleton5 I didn’t suggest that - please re-read my reply. When setting up a sequence, automatic enrollment is optional; simply don’t enable it.

You can then bulk enroll contacts in the sequence manually. Enroll contacts in a sequence

@AStapleton5 ,

Manual enrollment is the traditional way of enrollment for a sequence.

Within the sequence tool, when you click into one of the sequences you will see an option to “enroll contact”, the other way to enroll into a sequence is to use the Contact Table view and to select to indivual or multiple contacts using the checkbox to the left of the contact and right above the table is “enroll into sequence”.
Automation is a secondary tool that is availble to Sales/Service Enterprise users, but the default enrollment is manually.

I was able to find it: Enroll contacts in a sequence

@AStapleton5 that’s the link I shared above - in any case: glad it’s solved so quickly. Have a great day!
