Hi @DusanM,

You can check out the documentation for [Local Development CLI](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/developer-reference/local-development-cli#create) and look at [create](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/developer-reference/local-development-cli#create) options.

The following command line should work for creating a theme:

`hs create website-theme [theme-name]`

After you created your theme, you should still upload it by uploading it by the following line:

`hs upload [theme-name] [theme-name]`

Hi @DusanM ,
HubSpot theme development has many important parts. If we do not follow that part properly then it make some issues. I recommend you to learn HubSpot theme development from Hubspot academy [https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/cms-for-developers
 ](https://academy.hubspot.com/courses/cms-for-developers)

Hope this helps!

If we were able to answer your query, kindly help the community by marking it as a solution.
Thanks and Regards.

Hi! I hope you’ve solved this by now but in case other folks are looking for answers, installing command line tools worked for me! The terminal had a line mentioning that the directory was mismatched and installing this fixed it. I followed these directions: [HCL GUVI | Learn to code in your native language](https://www.studytonight.com/post/solved-mac-os-xcrun-error-invalid-active-developer-path-missing-xcrun)
