Hey Karsten, Thank you for the quick reply! Yes, I am looking to add a cover letter that would preceed the quote itself. Looking over the info in the link you included I am wondering if I might need “super admin permissions”. Right now, the “customize quote template” tab does not exist for me. Best, Ryan ---
