# Creating CRM Card

Im currently creating an app that will be installed at multiple unrelated customers, this app will be used by our system to integrate data between the two systems.  
I want to add a custom CRM card to the deals page that will show data of a related record in our system, the issue is that the data request URL and custom action URL seem to be hard coded in the app / can not be configured or changed once the app is installed in a users environment, have i understood this correctly?

Im hoping there is some method of paramaterizing this URL so that i can pull from some it from some kind of settings page, can anyone give me some guidance on this / how i could achive somthing line im looking for?

Hello @AppDev and @dennisedson,

You only need to construct a webhook URL that will activate when the button on the custom card is pressed. There’s no need to utilize a custom action URL, you can accomplish everything with a data request URL only.

Also, you can construct a new CRM card using your links. Creating a CRM card is simple and just requires the usage of a few APIs to control its functioning.
