Creating an offer, missing information on product description

Hello,

if I´d like to create an new offer, I need to choose an article.
Within the overview I do only get the Name and price. Actually we do need the choice between description. I can´t find that.

Help would be appreciated.

Florian

many thanks. I appreciate your feedback.

Problem is more relateted to search engine. If I do have a product name, e.g. Gummi bears and the difference are within the description like, red ones, green ones,… I can´t find that

Hi Diana
Problem is still not solved. I was hoping for HubSpot to put some effort on it. But no,… nothing happened. Only option is stripes

Hi @FPeter1,

To confirm, are you referring to the recent updates on the Deals and Quote pages, specifically the removal of the product description from beneath the product name in the line item list?

If so, what you’re currently seeing in HubSpot is the intended design. We understand this change may cause frustration. Please know that we continuously evaluate our product’s design based on customer feedback, design principles, and engineering requirements. While these decisions led to the current streamlined design, we’ve received varied feedback and are actively working to improve the experience for all users.
