I was wondering if anyone had any input on how to accomplish this. I’m looking to create an active list where contacts are added based on certain criteria, but once added, they will not be removed even if they no longer meet the criteria.
Is this possible in Hubspot? Or is there an integration that adds this feature?

That would be a static list then. Typically one would use a workflow that enrolls contacts, based on the same criteria as your active list, then use the workflow action to add them to a static list. That way, they’ll remain there.
There is no app or extension, as far as I know, that would change the rules of how an active list works. By definition, an active list will always check its criteria.
