# Creating a Yes No checkbox or dropdown inside workflows

Hi @MBeers,

It’s not possible to embed a checkbox inside of a task, unfortunately. (Workflows aren’t the right tool, either.)

However, you could make this checkbox very easily accessible by [placing it in the left record sidebar](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/customize-record-sidebars).
