I’ve created a page on the website where people can submit their issues if something happens with their product.
Is it possible to have the submitted form automatically turned into a ticket in HubSpot?

You can have an automation run on a form submission that creates the ticket. There should be an automation option when you edit the form.
In Workflows, there is a “Create Record” action that provides the majority of things you might need. If there’s any special items (eg, calculations or such), you probably need to use Custom Coded Actions.

You need to ensure that the Automatically create tickets option is enabled for your form
FYI you will only be able to create tickets from forms connected to help desk.

The above solutions work if you have upgraded your account to a certain level. I only have the STARTER CUSTOMER PLATFORM subscription. Is there a workaround at this subscription level?
