Good Afternoon,

I need to push/pull limited data between two different Hubspot accounts. (both at the same parent company but we need to remain under separate accounts for privacy concerns)

I’ve been able to successfully use POSTMAN to create a new ticket and push properties within my divisions HS CRM. I’m now attempting to replicate what I did in PM, but in a Hubspot workflow.

Is this even allowed? I’m attempting a webhook with the same create ticket API / Key etc as PM. When asked for parameters to pass, I need to pass the minimum properties needed for ticket creation (pipeline/status etc) but the webhook feature seems to be trying to pull those values from the ENROLLED ticket in the workflow. I’m trying to CREATE a NEW ticket.

I’m just curious if this is at all possible. Perhaps I can’t use webhook but need to use the custom code option?

Thank you,

Steve

Hello,

I’ve never tried this, always using an intermediary server to have maximum freedom in processing my data.

But I suppose you’ll need to use custom code to give (build) the Hubspot API the data it expects (see documentation here: [Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/reference/api/crm/objects/tickets#post-%2Fcrm%2Fv3%2Fobjects%2Ftickets)).
