Creating a separate deal view between team members and manager

Hello, I want my team members to create a deal, but only the manager should be able to add the deal amount and have access to see it (He is not a super admin). I tried users and teams in setting but i couldnt filter the access on the deal the accomplish this. Any solution will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi @AOgbe,

This would be managed through view and edit access for properties: Manage view and edit access for properties

You could set the edit access for the deal amount to specific users only.

Thank you Karsten, this solves one of my problems. For the second one, how can i make it possible for the Manager to view and edit the deals created by another team member without making him a Super Admin

Hi @AOgbe,

Record access permissions can be nuanced: HubSpot user permissions guide

You could simply set the deal edit permissions of that user to “Everything” while regular users still have them set to “Team only” or “Owned only”.
