Creating a report toshow how many leads receive and converted and breakdown into departments and con

Hi All,

I hope you can help! I am trying to create my first report and I am struggling. I want a report to show how many leads we recived each month and how many have been converted, then break this down by department and contact owner. I have been on the academy, helpdesk and chat gpt yet each time, I get no data to show! Any advice or prompts would be very much appreciated
