Yes, this is possible with a Professional subscription. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > Custom report builder and select Contacts and Activities as data sources.

Then set the report up as follows:

It will look something like this:

As far as I know, it’s not possible to include open information in a report like this.
