I am looking to create a report that can show me how many contacts booked a specific meeting link. I want the X-axis to show the Internal Meeting Name and the Y-axis to show the count of meetings booked
Hey @EBaum3 there’s not a lot of meeting or forms reporting within HubSpot.
You could setup a workflow that populates a custom contact property for each meeting linked and adds a +1 each time one of those meetings is booked, this could become quite unwieldy if there are a lot of meeting links however.
If you just want to see contacts who have submit a specific meeting link, you could do this through an active list however. You can see the meeting link forms under “form submissions” and use these as criteria to filter your list. You won’t be able to see how many times they have been submit however.
Hi @EBaum3
One way to keep track of your meeting links is to create a contact list that includes them all. @TomM2 has already mentioned this method.
If you have access to HubSpot Sales Analytics, you can use HubSpot’s default Meeting Outcomes report and customize it by outcome type and rep. You can add this report directly to your Sales Dashboard. However, the report does not show the meeting name.
To report by meeting name (link), you have to create a custom report. Go to the reporting tool, select reports > create report > single object > and then select Meetings and hit next.
You’ll be able to create a report by meetings booked, something like this.
Thanks.
