Creating a Multi-Select Field of Associated Contacts

I am creating a Card for my Deals for when a deal gets marked “Closed Won” I want this conditional card to pop up for our Sales → Customer Success Handoff. This card will have the most important info but only pertinent to our CS Team.
Sometimes our Deals have a ton of contacts, we’ll say 20 contacts. I want to have a multi-select property in my card where the Salesperson can select the most important contacts that our CS Team will be talking to.

I suppose it would be easier to be able to embed Associated Contacts in a property somehow… but this multi-select seems like it would be the best way to select a couple of the important people our of all associated contacts.

Does anyone have any workarounds or ideas?

Hi @JHogan1,

I would use association labels. Have the rep apply the association label on key contacts you can then create a center card that allows you to show the relevant contacts that have that label applied.

This isn’t conditional based on the pipeline, but if you are using team views, you could customize this view to show for your CS team.

I think this approach would be a suitable workaround based on your description.
