Creating a list around a certain product

Hi all,

I hope everyone is keeping well :slightly_smiling_face:

This might be a very basic question but I’m only new to HS myself.

I’m looking to build a list with people who bought a specific product on our website. What filter would I need to add for this list to be compiled?

Hey @dyl_red,

Unless you’re syncing product purchases from your site to HubSpot, you won’t be able to do so. When a sync like this is setup via Shopify, you might look for contact properties like “Last product purchased” or “Last products purchased” (via the Shopify integration), if you’re using another 3rd party sync, you might be able to look up where it’s storing that information (typically on a deal).

Alternatively, you could run an export of your purchases from your sight, map that to a property and then create the lists you’re looking for.
