Creating a Deal Conversion Report with Multiple Initial Stages in Pipeline

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to create a deal conversion report in HubSpot, but I have run into a challenge. A few months ago, I added an additional initial stage to my pipeline, so now there are two “first” stages. When I try to generate the report using the deal conversion feature in HubSpot, it prompts me to select a single “first” stage, which complicates things since my pipeline has two starting points.

Has anyone else dealt with a similar situation? How do you manage reporting in HubSpot when there are multiple initial stages in your pipeline? Are there any workarounds or best practices you could recommend for creating a comprehensive deal conversion report that includes all stages?

I have appreciate any suggestions or insights on how to handle this!

Hi @emmanuelkatto24,

In the funnel report builder, you can select multiple pipelines per stage:

That would be the simplest way to go about this :slightly_smiling_face:
