This seems so obvious that I should know how to do it- but I’m trying to create a list of contacts that are all associated with a particular deal. The deal has a particular name- so I was trying to create a filter on contact and then filter by deal name (rather than amount or date or anything like that). Is that possible?
Hi @JMWatson,
Yes, when you create a contact-based list (Menu > Contacts > Lists), you should see “Deal properties” as a filter option below “Contact properties”. In there, you should see “Deal name”.
Once specified, HubSpot will return all contacts associated with a deal with that name.
If that’s not what you’re seeing, could you please share a screenshot of where you’re getting stuck?
Best regards
Hey @JMWatson
Yes this is possible in HubSpot you can create a contacts list and set filters to get the contacts who are associated with the specific deal
Here are the steps to follow:
In the Contacts dropdown menu click list and create a Conatcts based list:
Then set this filter: select deal in the object dropdown and click apply filter then select deal properties then search for the deal name enter the deal name you will get all the contacts associated with the specific deal:
Click save list and you will get all the Contacts list associated with the specific deal
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions. I’d be happy to help.
