Hello,
I’m looking to create a workflow to send a reminder email to someone when they have received the email to book a demo but hasn’t actually booked a meeting in.
The flow I’d like to create:
Someone completes book a demo form
Receive meeting scheduler email
Fail to book a meeting so then receive a prompt
We’re using Hubspot meetings.
Thanks so much in advance!
Katie
Hi @KWhatley,
The simplest way to achieve this is the following:
- In your workflow that sends the first automated email, add a delay (however long you want to give the contact to react), for example 2 days, then add the reminder right after.
- I’m the workflow goals, specify the submission of the meeting link less than 1 day ago: Use goals in contact-based workflows
Now the contact will be automatically reminded - unless they meet the goal earlier, in which case they’ll be removed from the workflow.
Best regards!
Thank you for the quick response. We’re on Marketing Hub Starter so I don’t
think using the Goals action is possible.
@KWhatley if you have the ability to add a branch after the two day delay and check whether the meeting link was submitted, that would be an alternative. If not, this won’t be doable in Starter, I’m afraid.
