Hey, we have two seperate sides to our company. Is there a way there could be a blog on the main site, as well as an identical blog on the subdomain, which has the same posts but a different navbar/footer?

Yes you can do that. You need to create a different blog post and blog listing template and then from settings you can choose your desired template for your different blog pages.
