Currently, creating a property sync allows you to sync from ‘first created’ or ‘recently created’. We have an industry that is ever changing with individuals who change companies or we have had to create/merge/delete due to mergers/purchases etc.
This type of property field was nice in theory to not depend on a workflow; however, we found that there were many discrepancies that led to communication errors for our end users. A better respresentation between contact and company was the primary company association not based on whether new or orginal company.
