# Create notes from the list view

Many managers work with contacts like a list in Google Sheets or Excel - editing fields and statuses right from the List View. The only thing you can’t do without going to the contact’s page is make notes.

I agree. To add, notes are vital for my meetings and most recently I add “LinkedIn Yes” for non contacts in sequence and I do not want to relabel in lifecycle. I add a “Pin” to notes under action for selected contacts. If I ever need to see the pinned contacts it sure would be nice to have notes in lists with a filter associated with a pin on a note
