# Create new object Customer Success

HubSpot has several objects (eg:contact/deal/company) that is heavily used for marketing and sales, but not for customer success purpose.

It would be great to have below features in the new object:

- Internal to do list for the customer
- Customer’s to do list and follow up system
- What is customer’s goal
- Remarks about the customer
- How much resources has customer is given and indicate number to see if its worth the effort or not
- Report to see the effort is making results

Hi! We won’t be rolling out a specific customer success object but we have introduced new objects such as the project object and we have some more planned that should help. These objects along with the new features such as health scores and the customer success workspace allow for tracking all of these concerns and more.
