My colleagues from sales would love to associate a new contact with an already existing company during the manual creation process. So this would be another (required) field withing the contact creation like “e-mail”, “last name” or “company name”.
I know, they can do this as soon as the contact is created on the top right. But … people tend to forget to make this second step or they might be just lazy in this very moment. If you could make it a required field, they would be forced to do it and there wouldn’t be so many unaccociated contacts in the database.
